PENDU's "High-Speed Stake Pointer" is designed for high volume production of surveying & agricultural pencil point stakes; hopper fed material size range from 3/4" - 2 1/2" square or rectangular material and 16" - 72" in length. -- Equipped with: Aluminum housing round cutterhead with replaceable knives, powered by a 10 HP - 3,600 RPM motor; shaving the end of the stakes to a pencil point. --Automatic feed via 3 HP variable speed electric drive with outfeed for pointed stakes on (6) arm staging station and pneumatic clamping to secure part during cutting. -- Complete with: Fabricated steel construction, chip shield with dust shroud for chip extration & pre-wired operator control consol. - Unit is capable of producing up to (2,700) stakes/Hr.
